Review on Topeak Alt Position Cage Mounts by Ben Chase

Topeak cage adjuster provides alternative fixed length positions for bottle cages which is invaluable for small frames. It comes in a pair at an affordable price, which is excellent. Topeak normally makes quality products so I have no doubt they will stand the test of time. It would be easy to give 5 stars, but the fixed offset in length (32mm) up or down may not be for everyone. Variable length would be much better. Then I think the controller is adding too much height. They definitely could have had a much thinner profile. The height can be even more pronounced if your cells are already increasing in height.
