Today was my son's first day of school. I went to pack his lunch and found the pen was literally a stitch away. When I took it, it finally broke. This is very poor quality. His water bottle won't stay in the grid. It will fall out due to the weight. When strapped to a backpack, the lunch box is not level with the backpack. It hangs very low and cannot be adjusted. I have requested a refund from the seller.
