The best I can say is that it works. I took it out of the box and was amazed at how small and light it is. The disc is so thin that it came out of the box bent. The second time I used it, one of the kneading hooks broke off while kneading a loaf of bread. In their defense, when I called they said they would send me a new set of test hooks. The beaters don't scratch the bowl so you'll be scratching it all the time and the spinning bowl barely works as it spins the bowl starts cutting into the base and carving a groove into the plastic. Even whisks, which according to the manual are dishwasher safe, are not. They rusted in my dishwasher. On a positive note, the motor seems to have enough power to knead the bread despite breaking one of the dough hooks (I used to bake oatmeal sandwich bread). The bowl works, firmly attached to the turntable. One of the first things I made was a chocolate sourdough cake with buttercream frosting and the machine worked fine. It turned out to be an acceptable buttercream, but I had to keep scraping the bowl. In general it works. For what you're paying for this machine that's probably about all you would expect, but how much more would it cost to use a slightly thicker bowl and better quality beater/dough hook. If you need a blender this will do, although I don't know how long it will last. After running the blender for 5 minutes, the manual also says to turn it off and let the motor cool for 2 minutes. However, I recommend saving your money and getting a better machine. **Update** 07/25/2020** After I got my replacement dough hook yesterday and put it to use, I decided to bake wholemeal bread with honey. No, one of the hooks snapped again. So he returns. Again, I recommend saving your money.
