So my blender arrived today in a battered box. There was no tape on the box to hold the contents together and it looks like it has been opened and used! Not good and I'm sending it back IMMEDIATELY!

The best I can say is that it works. I took it out of the box and was amazed at how small and light it is. The disc is so thin that it came out of the box bent. The second time I used it, one of the kneading hooks broke off while kneading a loaf of bread. In their defense, when I called they said they would send me a new set of test hooks.
