I use this in card making to add some height to a large area - it's much stronger than foam tape when shipping and very easy to cut. I use a paper cutter or regular scissors. It cuts smooth, clean and is very easy to use. It's thinner than I expected, about twice as thin as the "foam dots" but just thick enough to add just a little dimension to a project, and you can always use two or three layers if you need more height. The glue absorbs very easily - I used Scotch Quick Dry Adhesive (liquid glue) and Tombow Mono Adhesive (guide) and both worked great. I had to color a part and it seemed to take the ink very well too. Very good product for this money! Oh, and this pack of 12 leaves will last!
