I use this in card making to add some height to a large area - it's much stronger than foam tape when shipping and very easy to cut. I use a paper cutter or regular scissors. It cuts smooth, clean and is very easy to use. It's thinner than I expected, about twice as thin as the "foam dots" but just thick enough to add just a little dimension to a project, and you can always use two or three layers if you need more height. I've bought foam sheets with these stickers in the past and they always come off VERY easily. These are NOT removable at all.
