So far so good. It makes me very frustrated to buy something I know very little about. I spent a lot of time reading reviews and watching videos before making this purchase. I feel like my research has paid off at the moment. In the photo, my first attempt at making a mocha latte and it turned out delicious. The right coffee grind is the first task, the second is the right pressure on the coffee. I've made at least 50 servings since I received the machine last week. For some reason I had a problem getting the machine to steam instead of pouring hot water. I'm pretty sure it's operator error on my part. Excellent purchase so far, this time I would recommend it. This may change over time if this fails. It is now 4 stars in my book. TO UPDATE! My wonderful espresso machine stopped working after 8 months. GARBAGE!
