I've been using it for about a week and a half and after just a few days I'm feeling noticeably better. It's easy to use; I use it in combination with citrus fruits in my soups for Vit. C to optimize iron absorption. I have to be careful not to stir it too much at the bottom of the pan, but it's easy enough. I just fill it up with water and take it out when I pack up the leftovers; immediately wash and dry, lubricate with a drop of vegetable oil and throw in a box for later use. such a kitchen tool, the food will get stuck in the threaded hole, but pull out easily enough.
