Review on Myard Spindle Scroll Iron Stair Balusters 5-Pack (Satin Black + Oil-Rubbed Copper), 1/2" Square, 44" Length by John Ramsey

I purchased these to redo my railing. I also purchased the same ones from Lowe’s. When these came in they felt like a better quality so I returned the ones I had bought from Lowe’s. As we were installing them we noticed quite a few of them were badly chipped and missing pieces of black paint. I had a railing that was missing so I had no choice but to install them. They have only gotten worse and the others are now chipping. I contacted the seller and all they said was to contact revain and send them all back. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this product. I don’t know if I got a faulty set of them, but almost all of them had some sort of chip somewhere on them. I would say buy from a big chain store so you can inspect what you are buying . I had to use a black marker to hide all the chips. I shouldn’t have to do that with all the money I spent on them. Very disappointed in the quality of this item.
