This is our second purchase of this product. Otherwise this product would be a 10/10 for me if it weren't for the horribly made cheap plastic grips on the e-collar itself that hold the straps in place. And before anyone says anything, I read the instructions carefully (at least for my dog's sake) before using it and was very careful not to tug on the collar. When we first bought an e-collar, it broke the handle holding the collar fabric within a month of purchase. I immediately thought it was my fault. So I ordered this one with a second e-collar just in case. When I say this thing clicked so easily, I mean I picked it up off the counter and it fell apart like it was wet paper. This was the second week after purchase. MY SECOND BUBBLED TODAY (after 2 months)! THE SAME PROBLEM WHERE THE SMALL ADJUSTMENT OF THE COLLAR RESULTS IN BREAKING THE HANDLE! Any product worth its salt should NEVER fall apart at the slightest touch. I really wish this product wasn't so cheaply made otherwise I would love it. I'm sorry I spent so much money on them.
