Have you ever had high expectations for a web shop but been disappointed by the quality of their offerings and customer support? This, unfortunately, includes uGems. Their website may be user-friendly, but the quality of their offerings is severely lacking. I was dissatisfied with the quality of the beading supplies I bought lately. There were broken jewels and frayed thread. The necklace components were of poor quality and did not meet my expectations. Customer support was unfriendly and unhelpful, adding insult to injury. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I received no response and no help with the problem. The delivery was expensive and took too long. Shipping costs were outrageous, and it took nearly two weeks for my order to appear. Overall, I would not suggest uGems to anyone in search of premium painting, craft, and sewing materials. They have a lot of stuff, but it's not worth it because of the low quality and unreliable service. Don't set yourself up for failure; go elsewhere.
