I have a 4 inch (102mm) ID exhaust pipe and they are much smaller but still fit snugly with little clearance all around. Not perfect, but ok. However, the performance was way better than I planned and honestly better than I hoped. The volume went down a few decibels, which was the goal, but the roar was sooooo quiet. Something I didn't even expect. Also, all the weird exhaust sounds are still there. NOTE: My shims were installed backwards which seemed to limit how much I could close them. I also applied torque to all nuts as I doubt the nylon locknuts will hold up to the heat.
