First of all, it doesn't fit. My exhaust end is 4 inches. it is 4 inches. So it is not suitable for ab4 in a pipe. It's a 4 inch pipe. And then, I think you could stuff the end with fiberglass, but it's a metal wall that fits in your pipe. doesn't really dampen anything.

Matching my Monza exhaust to the MX-5 but it didn't really muffle the exhaust just eliminated some droning. I think if I wanted a quieter exhaust I should have bought a quieter one first. Good for 4" tip.

Didn't quite fit - there was a gap of about 1/4" between the muffler and the muffler (at least from the top). There will eventually be charcoal to caulk it's a little better. Then again, at least I know it won't get stuck!

Inner tube rips off after one week. I'm on my 3rd. Same for other brands. Just bad design. Might try repairing with JB welding as I don't have a MIG or similar. I'm not willing to pay $500 for a full solution so this needs to be done. I wish they did more than 4 bars.

Pros: Well, it does the job. Easy installation and exhaust noise levels are greatly reduced. Cons: I removed it because it reduced my performance due to back pressure and flow. I have a 4 inch full APS turbo exhaust on my 02 Wrx so it depends on what your goal is. Loss of power or sound.

I have a 4 inch (102mm) ID exhaust pipe and they are much smaller but still fit snugly with little clearance all around. Not perfect, but ok. However, the performance was way better than I planned and honestly better than I hoped. The volume went down a few decibels, which was the goal, but the roar was sooooo quiet.
