My first review comments are below, but you need to know that DiOro honors its lifetime warranty. I sent them a photo of the defect and my receipt for the Revain and a few days later I received a new replacement blade. I hope they fixed the issue that caused the pen shaft to pierce the spatula blade, but what a great company behind the $13 product with great customer service! Support. Usually CI is reliable but this paddle is already failing. The metal spatula stick pierced the silicone on one side. I've never had this problem with spatulas and have been cooking for decades. Before that failure, I loved the spatula; I gave a few away to family and friends. Now I'm disappointed. I will contact DiOro support and see if they are helpful and I will report and revise this review if necessary. Maybe I have a lemon. (See Revised Rating Above - 5 Star Customer Service.
