Bottom (Top) Line Summary: The smooth mounting surface is excellent; The 3M adhesive was excellent on our textured but flat dashboard. The windshield on our 2013 Toyota Sienna is a lot further out than on our previous car, so I wanted to mount our GPS somewhere closer to the driver. The best place turned out to be on the dashboard next to the center panel of the LCD. Unfortunately the GPS suction cup does not attach to the textured dash so I purchased this mounting washer to create a smooth mounting surface on the dash where I wanted to mount the GPS. The 3M adhesive adhered well to the dashboard and hasn't moved or come off even under the hot summer sun for the past 3 months. The GPS suction cup works very well on the smooth surface of this disc. The 70mm disc was the right size for a suction cup mount to attach to the dashboard of our Garmin GPSMAP 60C GPS.
