Review on 🚲 Bikehand Floor Parking Rack Stand for Mountain and Road Bikes - Indoor and Outdoor Nook Garage Storage Solution by Kadarius Gentry

Great design - poor quality control

Update: I was sent 2 more stands and reassembled them and encountered the same problem, uneven or deformed bars making the stand wobbly. I spent 4 hours mixing and matching parts from all 4 stands and was able to get 2 stands that are at least acceptable. It really sucks, I had to spend a total of about 6 hours assembling and disassembling these coasters and still couldn't get what I consider value for money. The nuts, which are tack-welded to the back of the curved downtubes, are angled slightly so once you've tightened your legs, there's no way they're going to sit flat. Again the design is good, it's a shame they keep the prices low and don't do any quality control to make sure what they deliver is of good quality. They could have easily fixed the problem by just doing a partial assembly with a tool and then welding those nuts to the back. This would solve the problems. If processed properly I would pay a little more. Maybe this company should think twice. The concept and design of this bike rack is amazing, it really is. I give them credit, they came up with a great design. It holds the bike very securely. However, I ordered 2 of these and both had partial problems. At 1 the metal tube is deformed causing the bike rack not to sit flat, it wobbles a lot, not exactly what you need to hold your 3K bike. On the other hand, one of the hand nuts on the upper round tube cannot be tightened. I've tried both sides and it won't tighten while the 2nd nut tightens easily on either side so there's definitely something wrong with that 1st nut. The assembly is quite easy and straightforward, it just stinks, I have to take them both apart and send them back and hopefully they will send 2 more with tubes undeformed and parts not broken. So, now we will see how good the customer support is. I'll get back to you with an update.
