Review on Canon EF-S 55-250mm F4-5.6 IS STM Lens Review & Best Deals for Canon SLR Cameras by Kitti Sak ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

No wonder in one bourgeois video review the chrome strip on the lens was made red and said: That's better! Indeed, that's better! Works tirelessly lenses on the carcass of the Canon 650D Test photos here: https://fotki. . Ru/users/valtsure/album/164780/ P. S. About 7 aperture blades - in one of the reviews it was said that there are more of them compared to the previous version, this is not so, all generations 55-250 initially had 7 blades (so believe the reviews after this)))

Pros
  • Sharp for the price, even on the long end. STM - fast, even instantaneous, quiet, no buzzing, precise, almost no misses. Color rendition immediately at the level, without photoshop. The softness of the pictures. 7 aperture blades - softer bokeh. Finally, there is something to blur the background, which is called "trash")), there was a hint of volume and artistry as on fast lenses of the middle range of focal lengths. The front lens does not rotate - you can hang a polarizer, although it is practically not needed on a telephoto, except to shoot floating birds on the water without glare. Lightweight, compact
Cons
  • Not an EF mount, sorry . if a transition to FF happens, it will be a pity to part with it. You can’t break the aperture so that it doesn’t depend on focal lengths and has always been 4)) He doesn’t like it when it’s dark, but that’s why he is a state employee to be dark glass. Is it a plastic mount - so what? This does not affect the quality of the images, nor does it affect the "usability". The minimum focusing distance would be smaller .
