Item arrived on time. It was easier to put in than taking out the old one by putting in the hinged side first. Then thread the shell section into the body panel, remembering to align the three screws on the fuel filler neck to which you will attach it. I managed to get under the fender to get the fuel filler neck in position a bit. After aligning and bolting, place the body cover door onto the panel section of the hinge arm. Notice the grooved side vents and how the U-tab flexes slightly to slide the cover into place. The overall movement isn't that much, maybe an inch or so. It may take a little effort to attach as there are locking tabs. You will become familiar with this if you remove the panel door from the old hinge arm panel by lifting the U-tab up slightly to move the panel. The body-colored cover is secure when the U-tab on the hinge arm trim is fully flush.
