This gel works but the instructions for use are not good. If you use that stupid mouthpiece and go to bed, you'll be swallowing the damn gel in 20 minutes. It didn't take long for me to see a problem with that, so I put a drop in my mouth every day when I showered. with my tongue. I emptied my saliva by opening my mouth, tilting my head down slightly and letting it roll out without sticking my tongue out (I know, damn-wwwwwwwwwwww-well, me man, so it's fine). All of this is in the soul. So I applied the gel to the cavity for about 20 minutes a day on average. After that, I spat it all out (without swallowing) and rinsed my mouth. The hole in the cave shrank but after a few days I could tell the cave would come back a bit. but I put it on basically every day (in the shower) and it shrank, shrank and lately I couldn't see the hole or cavity. It was just the tip of a pen-sized cavity, but enough to tickle the soul after a sip of something cold. It has also saved me from going to the dentist to drill out my entire tooth.
