handy little tool on tire and wheel tool
The tool served its purpose and served as an extra hand to hold down the bead while I fiddled with the bar around the HF manual tire changer. Just be careful as these things can easily come off the rim if you are too rough and considering they are spring loaded they can fly pretty fast.
