This driver's steel angle is great. It's small but perfect for my Proxxon projects. I tried some at the local shop (not the same brand but very similar - and they weren't square!). This one was. The clerk at the "More Than Anything" store tried to tell me that the steel square I bought there (and tried to return) was perfectly square and non-refundable. (not bought 2 hours before). So I ordered this one (yes I should have done that first) and when it arrived I took them both to the "more than Pizza Hut" hardware store to prove that what they were selling wasn't square. . They chased me (I had both a check and all the packaging, etc.). I showed them their area. It wasn't a square. Another was taken off the shelf. It got better, but not quite square. An old-timer (even older than me) complained that I was too young to know how to use the "square" correctly. He gave a show about leveling it. And I almost said "ff this" and left. But I let him "prove" that his near-square was square. Then I pulled out mine (this one... right here - the one my son said) and put it on the counter. I asked the least knowledgeable person there. to see if it is square. He had no trouble seeing what it was (no gaps!). I proved it to the claims clerk, her boss (who came back from lunch) and the old man because you're the cool age. And I FINALLY got my refund. If you need a square, take this one. Oh, and I tried asking for it at a "useful" hardware store. and nobody had any idea that I would save time, gas and human contact and get this square.
