1- The control panel is very difficult to read even with reading glasses Must use a flashlight to see which button is hot. 2- Internal lighting, while the microwave is working inside, the light is on, which is ok. 3- When the microwave is done and you open the door the interior light is off, meaning if you need the interior light not while the microwave is running these are the points Kenmore needs to be aware of. because they have everything backwards and the control panel should be easier to read.
