I bought this door handle to replace the original door handle which was broken at the time Someone tried to put my truck to sleep. I bought this item in September 2016. I opened the door to leave work for the day and as you can see from the photo I provided the product was cheaply made. My truck is a Ford 2000 F350 Crew Cab. I have four doors and needles to say the other three door handles are the original door handles that came with my truck. All three continue to function normally. Needless to say I called Revain with my issue and unfortunately Revain will not support this product I purchased from them. This was the first time that Revain did not provide a warranty on this particular product. I have purchased many items from Revain. They have proven to be very good substitutes for other items in the past
