I like the concept of this product. Actual usage is very annoying. I first bought a 28 inch spring liner with a neoprene lining. This is the right size for my mare. After a relatively easy drive, I found three galls. Maybe the neoprene was to blame. I let the wounds heal and bought a fleece pad of the right size. After making this change, I took my mare back for another easy walk. I have never had this problem, even with much cheaper and innovative harnesses. I spent $180 on this product and I only have injuries to show it. I am deeply disappointed. I wrote directly to Total Saddle Fit customer service. and will endeavor to return and refund both the harness and liner. Extremely disappointed ** I have to comment on TSF customer service. Sent them this review. They asked for photos to see if they could see what caused their scope to do so. They concluded that my horse's barrel-shaped co combined with the shape of the girth was causing the girth to slide forward and create galls. They sent me a new spring loaded stretch technology and tag free of charge to return my old harness and liner. The new feather is still in place and has not caused new galls. Excellent customer service. The original girth just wasn't made for round horses like my girlfriend.
