I do paintless dent repairs at work and have one of these lifters which I have used for bbn for a long time. I've decided on a new one and haven't used it yet, but I'm already impressed that it seems like I can do a lot more with this tool than the one I've been using. The shipping was fast and on time anyway and I'm happy to use it that's why I'm only giving 4 stars, also I don't like the glue they sent very thin sticks. I'll try them but don't think they will work. I'll be back to let everyone know how it went tomorrow we'll see so I'm back and I'm glad it's working even better than I thought the customization is going even further than I thought so I really like it good, but I still haven't tried glue.
