Poorly assembled and non-concentric cones

Cones are not centered on their shafts and are not balanced for rotation. I'm trying to machine my own intake manifold, heads and headers. I will not have any success with these items, as you can see the aluminum I remove is only on one side of the cone shape which shows its flaws, don't waste your money on this. I will not ruin my parts by continuing to use those poorly made cones to grind, finish, or polish anything.
