So far so good, but not great. Works, drips when pouring, but so does my old one. I think it's in the nature of the animal. Grind coarsely according to the instructions. But do you use a fine grind for espresso? Now I'm confused. I wish I could see when it's "cooked" as I can't finish hearing it like I can hear my old Italian 1 cup (and the old one had a "window" on top too). This new one hasn't made an espresso that good yet, but it may need more use first (I've used it 6 or 8 times and discarded the first 3 batches as recommended) and I need to find the right grind and amount to get the same good one taste like my old one. So far not impressed. I think I'll buy a new gasket for my old one (mine blew out) and will go back to making a cup at a time. sigh.
