I like that it's easy to use because you can easily create an account with just your email address or Facebook login information! It is not very intuitive when creating new users (you have no option but "Create New User" - which doesn't really help).

Also there are some bugs in terms of how certain features work together such as adding equipment/users at once etc so be aware if this will affect what needs doing next time around. If using other software then we were having issues keeping track of membership numbers & memberships expiring quickly compared to our competitors system who had more functionality than us without being too complex / confusing. We now manage all aspects related to member management including renewals via one centralised platform meaning less admin overhead overall plus benefits from reduced data entry errors across multiple sites.
