Fur, not the best choice but will do: Hard plastic, not soft rubber

My ironing board lost 3 rubber foot caps. I ordered this plastic without even thinking about this little thing. I installed them today and when I pressed them one of them broke. My fault is that I didn't hold it straight when I pressed it. That got me thinking. If they break, they probably aren't very good legs. They're supposed to be rubber. I don't think the plastic ones will last long. Maybe. I don't stare that often.
