This is a handy gadget. I always wonder if the camera on my laptop is on or off. With this little gadget, you don't have to worry about that. Just slide the button and it covers your camera. When you want to use the camera, just slide it back and you're good to go. I'm not sure if hackers can get into our devices' cameras, but it's always better to be safe. Installing it on my laptop was easy. Has a sticky base. You just take it off, stick it on your camera and you're done. that some devices can be so thin that you can completely close the laptop lid without taking up additional space. But the space used by this device is tiny and my laptop lid closes well. I have no problems with the lid not closing. All in all a good device and very handy for those who value security. Too many cameras are trained on us these days. It's nice to be able to manage at least one of them! This product comes in a pack of three so there are additional options if you need to hide more than one computer camera. It also looks better than the tape I used.
