Checked immediately. The engine hums, but the propellers do not turn. The engine froze right out of the box. Returned in accordance with troubleshooting instructions. Revain is very good with returns. Have to see if the second one works. I am trying to replace a 12 year old unit that is still working perfectly. A word of caution: don't fix it unless it's broken. Received a replacement within 48 hours. Good service. This one seems to work great right out of the box. Just like the 12 year old I replaced that still worked. Hope to have 12 years of it.
