I like how easy it was to set up my first inspection. It's very intuitive and straight forward. The interface could be more modernized so that users don't have to learn as much about the program. As well, there are some features in this tool which can only be accessed through an account manager who has access to higher level functions. This makes it difficult for new employees or those without experience with programs of this nature to use effectively. If you're looking for a quick way to implement a QMS system within your organization, then workclout will do just fine. We used it to track our defect tracking system (DTS).
