Get what you paid for

I concur with some of the other reviews regarding the "sharpness" of the handles. I think some are overstated, but it is not a pleasant feel. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but it does indicate a real lack of design understanding. Other than that it was easy to install and works fine. I know it's not top of the line, but adequate for my needs.

Pros

Put on shop door. Works smoothly and efficiently, better than ones we have had before from tool store.

Cons

This product is terrible for re-keying.

I regret ever buying these every time I touch it. The edges are sharp so the handle is unpleasant to the touch. The handle looks much more smooth in the picture. Some of them squeak. The lever doesn’t go up and down smoothly, it sort of jerks. Just cheap cheap cheap. Go to local hardware store and you’ll find a better product. We’re going to replace these
