The product has deteriorated
It used to be an exceptional product that I liked but sometime in the last year it went from a gel to a watery consistency. Instead of squeezing the bottle to get the desired amount of shampoo, now the shampoo just flows out of the hole as the consistency is like water. I was hoping it was just a fluke, but after buying a few bottles this year, it became clear that the company had completely screwed up the product.
