Does Nothing? I bought it for my boyfriend and we both tried it. It was terrible. It doesn't foam at all, impossible to wash your hair. My friend tried it and had to use half a bottle and still didn't feel like his hair was clean. I saw some reviews that their bottles were watered down, maybe that's what happened to mine? I don't know as this is my first time trying this but I will never buy this product again.

I have dreadlocks and my hair is naturally thin but with large strands or curls. I've been using this product for 4 months now and I love it. I wash my hair every 2-3 weeks when I restyle my dreadlocks. I use brim wax, the combination of brim wax and grease in my hair requires that I wash my hair about 3 times before I can see the foam due to the oils. in my hair and fringe of wax. I bought this shampoo because I have really hard water and have been struggling until now to find a shampoo that will remove buildup without drying my hair like straw , since it works! It used to be an exceptional product that I liked but sometime in the last year it went from a gel to a watery consistency. Instead of squeezing the bottle to get the desired amount of shampoo, now the shampoo just flows out of the hole as the consistency is like water. I was hoping it was just a fluke, but after buying a few bottles this year, it became clear that the company had completely screwed up the product.

This is a very good product. You should look for a conditioner to go with the shampoo why I don't dispute that you may feel that your hair appears coarse or thick but this is a gentle shampoo that does a good job of cleaning your head and the problem of dandruff, seborrhea and moisture really removed affects the hair less. I've been using this for a few years but the last bottle was different. The consistency is much more gel-like than it used to be and it takes twice as much to get a good lather. The smell is the same but I think they added gelatin or something to save money. Of course the price didn't fall.

In the first photo how the bottle looks on Amazon. But when I checked further how I got it, I noticed that my bottle didn't say "sulfate free." He was different from what he looked like here.
