Review on Zippo Tone On Design by Allison Smith

Nice lighter. Your offices are closed due to Covid-19 but someone needs to contact me. I really like the lighter, I just hope I can USE it. I have waited 11 days to receive this Zippo lighter fluid order and so far I have a pretty lighter that I am unable to use and the lighter fluid will be delivered in another week. The insert is badly stuck in my lighter. If anyone knows what to do about it, please let me know. I'm sure I don't want to return it and would appreciate any help. This is a really cool Zippo to look at. But I didn't pay 90€ for that. I snap my fingers trying to remove the insert. If you can please help. Thanks very much!
