I've been making hamburgers since I was old enough to cook, but I've never made them with so many ingredients and couldn't cook them all so evenly. It also made them difficult to cook evenly, so they were juicy, hot, and smooth all at the same time. Love the fact that each burger fits in the whole bun and isn't thick in the middle and luckily there's any meat at all around the edges. I love this double hamburger press and when ground buns are on sale I can buy Β£10 and make the patties ahead of time and with precut wax paper I can wrap and freeze 8 packs of patties to save prep time. I like to toss them on my new Traeger pellet grill at lunchtime on low and they're ready for dinner. It makes others think I'm some sort of chef, but it's just that I have the right tools and early prep makes delicious mid-week meals so easy!
