Review on ANYCUBIC UV Curing Printing Precision Excellent Additive Manufacturing Products by Vincent Pavelko

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It took a while to print

It took me a long time to get this right but once I did I'm very happy with the results on my Phrozen Sonic Mini 4k. The settings that seem to work best for me with a 0.03mm delay are 3s exposure, 5mm lifespan and 11s light off with 60mm stroke speed, although I think I'll change them to 50mm for a big print will lower. Bottom layer adhesion was good (6 layers, 35 seconds), the main problem I had was the top layers sticking and not falling off the supports. At less than 3 seconds the model falls, although the calibration matrix shows 2 seconds as the best exposure. But even at a 3 second shutter speed, the thumbnails I printed don't appear overexposed at all. I'm by no means an expert so don't take any of this for granted, but this worked for me. I have a Phrozen brand 4K resin, I will do some comparisons but this resin is on my list of potential resins.

Pros
  • . Fast curing and excellent stability. Craftsman's UV curing resin enables rapid prototyping, shorter molding time, the final product is flexible and not easily deformed, and easier to clean and place. -Treatment. Recommended print setting: Bottom Exposure: 20-80s / Normal Exposure: 1-4s
Cons
  • I'll write back later
