Review on Premium Stainless Steel Breadmaker Paddle: Non-Stick Replacement Blade for Breadmaker Machines by David Crawford

I bought a bread turner, stainless steel bread maker knife, non stick bread maker dough hook because the spatula for my 15 year old Easter bread maker was gone. The Easter website links to this product so I bought it thinking it would be a replacement. It's not like this. The shape doesn't match the shape of the original spatula, so the ingredients didn't mix properly in the Easter pan. The hole was also the wrong size - too big for the shaft so after one use it started to wear down the shaft. Long story short, with no real evidence, I thought it was a direct replacement, but it wasn't. It's amazing how geometry plays such a big role in the kitchen. It's nobody's fault but me. ☹
