AVOID! The balance screen often freezes. Garbage! We weigh liquids to fill bottles in a clean room, this scale freezes midway when liquid is added. Completely useless as a scale. We have a $15 scale that works better and is more reliable for years. While they can be accurate and hold up to 5kg, they're utterly useless if they can't display the current weight. WON'T BUY ANY MORE. Buy a scale other than this one. Unfortunately the return period is in 2 days as we had to update a number of our SOPs and GMPs before we could use this scale in our clean room. Our paperwork took 2 days too long and now we're stuck with these POS scales we can't use. We've wasted man-hours and thousands of products constantly struggling to make this scale work. LOSS OF TIME AND MONEY! AVOID! This is one of the first Revain reviews I've ever done. Although we bought low-spec or great products, they just weren't worth considering. HOWEVER, this scale is worth considering. Aside from the actual cost of the product, it also cost us $1000++ in lost wages and product for trying to use this POS. DO NOT BUY!
