This is a typical SATA SSD without DRAM, but it works fine

This is DRAM free so it doesn't get in the way. Although the performance is okay, I installed it on a Macbook Pro 13 2012 that I found the other day and it installed without any issues. It uses the SM2258XT controller, there are 2 NAND parts and the NAND appears to be Intel based on the number on the chips, at least after a quick google search. The price is honestly good, although I paid less than $17 for a 120GB ADATA SU655 and I wouldn't trust the warranty on this thing. By the way, you probably shouldn't disassemble SSDs. It was pretty easy to hack, but it could void your warranty if you're not careful. I did it so you wouldn't have to.
