This is a good little product. when he works Mine randomly went off so I kept pressing the button angrily but nothing happened. Then I plug it back into the remote and it runs for 15 minutes or 4 hours or somewhere in between and then randomly stops working. The shock part is also unreliable. It doesn't provide reliable contact with the dog (possibly due to the way it's strapped there). My dog only has a short to medium coat so I expect he can handle that thick coat. The instructions aren't the best either. They look like they've been translated from another language. Normal product for the price. some kind of pain Wouldn't buy again.
