Review on Motorcraft SW7192 Switch Assembly by Roy Bush

ordered this on April 2nd and today is the 27th and the switch doesn't work. Just for no apparent reason the window went down and wouldn't go up. The passenger side window went down and the driver side window went down and is now permanently down.
