I live and drive in an area heavily populated by deer. This amazing device makes a high pitched sound that humans cannot hear. When I drive, I know when the deer hear the noise. They stop in one place and prick up their ears to hear where the sound is coming from. Even when I walk past safely, they tend to keep looking back to where they first heard the sound. It seems to be most efficient at speeds under 60 mph.
