Very difficult to use

I was so excited to get this product and had so many plans with it. Unfortunately very difficult to use. I installed a new blade and was still having trouble completely severing and freeing the material. Even if I change the depth setting of my cutter. Now I've spent 2/3 of the sheets and haven't received a single successful cut yet.
