I love that it provides multiple ways to compare metrics across platforms, which can be hard to find if you're not looking for them. The dashboard is easy enough to use but could definitely benefit from adding more widgets/tools available (especially when comparing against other social networks). It's expensive compared to some of its competitors so make sure your needs are met before investing! We have several different tools we utilize at my work as well as our own internal team-wide toolkit. This has allowed us to easily track performance data over time while also allowing us to see trends within each platform independently.
