Review on AIYIMA A07 TPA3255 Power Amplifier: 300Wx2 HiFi Class D Stereo Digital Audio Amp for Passive Speaker Home Audio (A07+DC 32V Power Adapter) by Cheryl Wilson

Totally exceeded my expectations. The Aiyima device uses Texas Instruments' TPA3255 chipset, which is really at the heart of what makes these little devices so good. This magic allows for respectable performance from a truly tiny and portable device. In my testing, I paired it with an upgraded Tube-M1 Bluetooth amp with upgraded op amps, power supply, and upgraded tubes. This was paired with an Iphone 11 running Tidal Masters and the results were really impressive. For testing I first used an oversized speaker with a medium sized Canadian Paradigm 5SE 100W speaker. As expected, it couldn't drive the big woofer magnets to their full potential, but this amp wasn't designed for that. When I heard about its potential I bought a set of the brand new Paradigm Atom SE in white that you can see in the photos. This combination was just perfect. The bass wasn't overwhelming and I cranked it up a bit, but otherwise the sound was exactly what I expected from these bookshelves. Sweet, lots of detail, especially on finer pieces like classical, strings and woodwinds. A nice block to look out for and with 8 op amp headers it's upgradeable to allow for some level of customization. Great unit for an apartment or an office.
