It lights up. after all.

After all the cleaning/refill instructions, this lighter is hardly 'good'. Each time I absolutely have to try to light it at least 4 times before I have a flame. So basically 75% of the time the fuel is wasted and the other 25% of the time I am igniting. So 2 stars or "40%" is more than it deserves.
