I usually live without cla until noon-13:00 before starving. This was pure coincidence for me so when I started taking it about an hour after dinner around 6pm and then got up hoping to regulate some hormonal things as an aging woman and it all (a mess) came out after a week , I realized that I hadn't eaten anything before dinner without feeling hungry. not normal for me. I'm 40 and still a bit skinny. I go as I am. This is how I burn calories fast! Second, I feel like I need less coffee. I don't change much, so when things change, I usually know what's causing it. Also add that my addiction is sugary foods like candy. I have fewer cravings for sweets and coffee. It's good for me because the joke in the house is that I'm a future diabetic-in-training. Apologies for the excursion into sentences and bad punctuation. I have no shame.
