It has all of my medical records, appointment reminders/reminders are very easy to set up through an iphone or ipad application! I like that you can access your record from any device at anytime without having internet connection!! Sometimes it takes awhile for appointments added in after login time zone change but usually not too big trouble. If we have issues accessing our account there is no way around this because they don't support phone appt setting changes nor email updates once online so if something happens during surgery (like forgetting password) then patient gets their info back when next day rolls along. They should give more thought into how user friendly software will be used by patients as opposed using just one platform across entire business - would require constant training which may cause problem down road especially since some people do better being able handle technology themselves vs learning new.
